Downtown has long been sailing on the gale of loft sales. Now some real estate experts are feeling a growing breeze from the rental market. On Wednesday, April 4, the USC Lusk Center will release its annual apartment forecast in coordination with the fifth annual Casden Multi-Family Forecast Conference, being held at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. The event will include panel discussions of key trends in other states and an apartment sector forecast for Southern California given by Delores Conway, director of the Casden Real Estate Economics Forecast. It promises a "richness of knowledge that you can gain in one place from leaders in the field," Conway said. The conference is expected to draw more than 200 people.
