The Ross Minority Program in Real Estate Development and Finance is a set of intensive executive educational programs designed to provide urban developers and real estate professionals with the technical expertise needed to develop significant urban real estate projects.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Ross Minority Program in Real Estate was founded in 1993 as a response to the civil unrest in Los Angeles following the Rodney King verdict.

In Katrina's Wake: Lusk Center Response

The recent devastation along the Gulf Coast and New Orleans caused by Hurricane Katrina has touched the lives of all Americans and has impacted students, faculty and staff and many of their families at USC. The university has taken a proactive role in addressing the aftermath both from the humanitarian, academic and physical sense, including the placement of 150 students from Gulf Coast colleges and universities displaced by the storm, providing professional and technical expertise to local and regional governments and through volunteer support.

USC Lusk Faculty Hit the Road and Give Presentations in Northern California and Orange County

More than 350 people attended the Market Watch panel given by Lusk Faculty at the 2005 PCBC Conference in San Francisco on June 2nd. Stan Ross, Raphael Bostic, Delores Conway and Gary Painter gave detailed presentations about where the economy is headed and its impact on regional real estate markets.
