The Los Angeles River begins in the Simi Hills and flows through Los Angeles County, on a nearly 48-mile southeast course to its mouth in Long Beach. Real estate development along the L.A. River has been a topic of discussion and speculation for decades. Join us for an evening of conversation as an expert panel delves into the current status of the L.A. River Project and the potential development that may be available along the river route.
