Biography

As Director of Global Risk Management and Human Resources for Kennedy Wilson, Regina oversees risk management and insurance programs for all operational, real estate ownership and development risks related to the company’s global portfolio of 32,000 multifamily units and 22 million square feet of commercial space. Additionally, Regina is responsible for all human resources matters at Kennedy Wilson, including recruiting, developing, motivating and directing more than 200 employees worldwide. 

Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson, Regina was an Executive Vice President at Willis Towers Watson. In that role, she oversaw the Real Estate, Hospitality and Gaming practice across the West Coast, managing clients across all real estate asset classes including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, hospitality and casinos. She primarily worked with large, global, clients across North America, Asia, Europe, the Caribbean and Mexico. Regina also spent several years in a similar role at Marsh & McLennan. 

Regina received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California. She has served on numerous philanthropic boards and is currently involved with the Torrance Memorial Medical Center Foundation and the National Charity League. Regina is also a CAP Mentor for the Marshall School of Business at USC.
