Adept Development is a vertically integrated group of companies that develops, designs and constructs urban infill projects. The group also provides entitlement, architectural and construction services to the development industry.
Mr. Bruckner served as Director of Regional Planning for Los Angeles County from February 2010-August 2017. The Department of Regional Planning provides advance planning, current planning, and land use regulation enforcement for the unincorporated area of Los Angeles County which has a population of approximately 1,000,000. Director of Planning & Development for the City of Pasadena 1999 to 2010. Responsibilities included citywide economic development, planning, building, code enforcement, cultural affairs, real estate, and the management of eight redevelopment projects areas. Served as the Deputy Executive Director of the Community Development Department for the City of Anaheim, California.
