Topics for student papers should address a policy research area taken from the following list which defines the breadth of the Keston Institute’s mission and interests. Papers that discuss new and innovative approaches for keeping our civil infrastructure vibrant, productive, and sustainable are encouraged. Awards will be made in two categories, graduate and undergraduate.
