Biography

Stefen Chraghchian is Senior Director of Capital Markets at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC). As a capital markets advisor, Stefen is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office and industrial, retail, senior housing and hospitality. He is well connected with national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (e.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and bridge lenders. Stefen has arranged over $300M+ in loan transaction volume since 2021.

Stefen has served on the Glendale Planning Commission since 2018 as the youngest appointed commissioner in the city’s history. In 2020, Stefen was elected to the American Planning Association California Chapter Board, serving as Commission Representative until 2022. In addition to his USC Lusk Center membership, Stefen is a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Stefen graduated from the University of Southern California in 2018 with a BS in Real Estate Development and a BS in Business Administration. He also earned a Master of Urban Planning Degree from the University of Southern California in 2021.
