Since accommodations at the Lusk group rate are limited, reservations must be made no later than Friday, April 25, 2025. Reservation requests received after this date will be accepted on an availability basis. At the time of your reservation, you will be charged a deposit of one night.
The last day to cancel or make changes to your stay is 14 days prior to your arrival date. A confirmation letter with details of the reservation as well as the cancellation policy will be sent to you electronically at the time of booking.

In addition to the rates set forth above, room rates will be subject to a non-commissionable daily resort fee discounted to $40.00 per room per night, 12% occupancy tax and 2% TBIDA tax.
Check-in/out:
The Hotel’s check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM (subject to change without notice). All guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Hotel can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.
Cancellation Policy:
Hotel cancellations must be made 14 days prior to your stay for a full refund. No refunds will be available after this date.
