" will herald the official opening of the Lusk Center for Real Estate?s new quarters in the University of Southern California?s Ralph and Goldy Lewis Hall.

Stan Ross, board chairman and senior fellow of USC's Lusk Center for Real Estate, and Stuart Gabriel, director of the center, will emcee the event.
As co-owner of the L.A. Kings, Ed Roski has played a key role in development of the team's new arena. From site analysis to political negotiations, he led the L.A. Arena Company's efforts to create the Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles. As the head of one of the largest privately held real estate development companies in Southern California, Roski has guided the development and management of more the 48 million square feet of industrial, office, retail, and hospitality facilities.

The Lusk Center was founded in 1988 with a $4 million grant from the late John D. Lusk, a Southern California homebuilder. The Lusk Center operates under the auspices of USC's Marshall School of Business and the USC School of Policy, Planning, and Development.
