The [Ross] program is the only one in the United States that focuses on bringing real commercial real estate expertise to the minority community, said Stuart Gabriel, director and Chair of Real Estate for the university's Lusk Center.
"We want to make sure the fires never come back to Los Angeles," he said. "We want to replace the fires with economic opporitunity, vitality and prosperity."
