Raphael Bostic, a professor and associate director at USC's Lusk Center for Real Estate, said he doesn't think developers want to build micro-dwellings, particularly in the San Gabriel Valley. "I have some questions as to whether developers believe the market will support that even in downtown Los Angeles," Bostic said.
