Steve is a Managing Director of the Real Estate Investment Banking Firm Eastdil Secured (ES). He specializes in arranging major sales and joint ventures for large institutional owners of office and industrial properties nationwide. During his career, Steve has been involved with some of the most significant real estate transactions in the United States.
Steve has taught as adjunct faculty at USC’s Marshall School of Business since 2013. He is a board member of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate and the YMCA Metropolitan District. He also serves as a Policy Advisory Board Member for the UC Berkeley Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics and is active with the Union Rescue Mission.
He and his wife of over 30 years, Sue, are both USC graduates and live in San Marino. Their two children, John and Natalie are also USC Trojans. John is a recent graduate and Natalie will be a senior in the Fall.Steve is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a B.S. degree in Business. He is married with two children.
