Julian Nan is responsible for acquisitions and development in California for Encore Capital Management, a boutique private equity firm. Prior to Encore, Julian was the Director of Land Acquisition for Shea Homes, a national residential home builder and developer. He was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and negotiating land transactions in Southern California, as well as entitling or repurposing land for residential use. Before Shea Homes, he worked for Pulte Group and KB Home and has collectively acquired over 1,100 residential lots. Since his time at Encore, he has entitled 595 for-sale residential lots and originated $70M in A&D financing for suburban residential land development.
Julian received his BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Cal Poly Pomona and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
