Mr. Watson oversees investment activity in the Western U.S. on behalf of AEW’s discretionary, opportunistic fund series. During his 13-year tenure at AEW he has been involved in the acquisition, disposition, financing, and asset management for a wide variety of commercial real estate product types totaling in excess of $1.5 billion in value. Prior to joining AEW, Mr. Watson was with Thomas Properties Group (NASD: TPGI), where is was involved in acquisitions, asset management, leasing and development services. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Honor’s program at the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business (B.S.)
