
Eugene Kirk II, PE, QSD is a seasoned Construction Manager and civil engineer at, KDG Construction Consulting, with a rich background spanning over a decade plus of experience specializing in heavy civil projects. His expertise spans across various sectors including rail, aviation, roadway, and port waterway projects.
Prior to his current role, Eugene served as a Project Manager/Estimator at Sully-Miller Contracting Company, where he successfully led pursuits and managed complexed projects across the United States from Alaska to South Carolina to Los Angeles.
Eugene holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Howard University and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of California since 2018.
Beginning his career in civil engineering, Eugene gained invaluable experience working on transportation infrastructure project, honing his project management skills and stakeholder coordination which led to his interest in real estate development. Eugene leveraged his background in civil engineering to create innovative and functional solutions for various clients through his LLC Vision II Reality that he has operated simultaneously for the past 4 years. While his expertise initially focused on heavy civil projects Eugene has since broadened his scope to include diverse real estate project across Tennessee and Los Angeles.
Eugene believes involvement with the Ross Program will equip him with the necessary skills to pursue various real estate development projects locally and nationally to help empower communities to be revitalized in lieu of gentrified. Eugene currently resides in Long Beach, CA.
