Home Prices in L.A. are Already Among the Highest in the Nation, but Now Rentals March 30,2006

A new study out of USC finds that Los Angeles area rents jumped by seven percent in 2005. And the continuing demand in 2006, is expected to push the average monthly rent to more than fifteen hundred dollars.
