Martice holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in African American Studies from California State University Northridge; a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from Springfield College, and a Certificate in Contemporary Marriage and Family Systems from Capella University. Additionally, Martice holds a real estate designation as a Foreclosure and Short Sale Resource Specialist from the National Association of Realtors.
