Jenny Rocci is Vice President of Development at Madison Capital Group, specializing in self-storage ground-up development for the West Coast. With 20 years specializing in land use, Jenny oversees the entitlement of projects from due diligence through construction. In addition, Jenny assists in originating debt and equity from institutional investors and private equity sources, as well as coordinates with 3rd-party General Contractors to advance projects under construction.
In addition to self-storage, Jenny has worked on transit-oriented multi-family projects, parking facilities, retail centers and infill residential and commercial projects. Her experience working in the public sector provides her with a unique understanding of Public-Private Partnerships.
Jenny holds a Master of Real Estate Development (2017) degree from the University of California and a Bachelor of Science degree in City and Regional Planning from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
