
Colin is a manager at Primestor Development, a company that specializes in the development, leasing, and management of retail and mixed-use properties throughout Southern California.
At Primestor, Colin oversees the acquisitions team which is involved in the development and financing of several public-private partnerships, including the recently opened Freedom Plaza in Watts, the assemblage of Norwalk’s Front Street, and the Evermont which is currently under construction in South Los Angeles. By fostering relationships with local and state municipalities, Colin helps to ensure that Primestor’s urban infill projects meet the needs of the company as well as the communities they serve.
Prior to Primestor, Colin attended USC’s Marshall School of Business and subsequently obtained his MBA in Finance from Pepperdine’s Graziadio Business School, where he graduated summa cum laude. He also worked at CBRE for more than four years where he gained critical experience in capital markets, sale-leaseback advisory, deal sourcing, financing, and underwriting.
Outside of work, Colin is an active member of the community. He serves as a board member for Escuela Plus Elementary, and also served as a board member for the Greater Wilshire Neighborhood Council.
