Biography

Adrian Solis is a real estate finance professional with extensive experience managing multifamily and commercial loan portfolios. He currently serves as a Portfolio Manager on the Multifamily Capital Group team at Wells Fargo, where he oversees the performance and servicing of multifamily assets, ensuring compliance with investor requirements and supporting long-term portfolio health.

Adrian previously held multiple roles at Wells Fargo, beginning as a Commercial Mortgage Pursuit Associate, where he prescreened loans and conducted market viability research. He then advanced to Portfolio Analyst, supporting multiple asset managers with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae multifamily portfolios. In this role, he monitored loan performance, managed deferred maintenance items, performed detailed property inspections and financial analysis, and coordinated with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure portfolio success.

Earlier in his career, Adrian served as a Commercial Loan Analyst with Santa Barbara Community Bank and Heritage Oaks Bank, where he built a strong foundation in financial analysis, due diligence, and credit risk evaluation.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with concentrations in Finance, Real Estate, and Business Law, from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and completed the Ross Real Estate Development Program at the University of Southern California.

Adrian is passionate about real estate finance, portfolio management, and creating long-term value through data-driven decision-making and client-focused solutions.
