Srinivas Yalamanchili is a Principal and leads acquisitions at Positive Investments, a diversified real estate investment and property management company founded in 1976 and based in Southern California. He has extensive experience in the acquisition, financing, and management of apartment buildings — Positive's primary focus — as well as ownership and management across other commercial property types, including industrial, office, and hospitality. Positive is also currently completing its first ground-up multifamily development.
Srinivas is active in community service, regularly organizing and participating in volunteer events at Foothill Unity Center, the San Gabriel Valley region's primary provider of integrated services helping individuals and families achieve economic stability. He also serves on the Advisory Board of Marcus & Millichap, the largest apartment brokerage firm in the United States.
Srinivas holds a Master of Real Estate Development (2012) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in Spanish (2008) from the University of Southern California, and has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 2004.
