Mr. Brindley is a Senior Managing Director who co-head’s HFF’s Los Angeles office. He has over seventeen years of experience in commercial real estate finance. At HFF, Mr. Brindley is primarily responsible for originating debt and structured finance transactions throughout the western United States focusing on office, retail, multifamily, industrial and hospitality properties. He has participated in closing over $5.2 billion in transactions.
Previous to HFF, Mr. Brindley has served as a Vice President for Nomura Capital, as well as a Vice President for L. J. Melody & Company’s Los Angeles office. Prior to mortgage banking, Mr. Brindley was the Project Manager for the California office of a Japanese developer where his primary responsibilities were entitlements, financing, and community relations. Mr. Brindley previously served as Chair of the Originations Committee for the Commercial Board of Governors of the Mortgage Bankers Association.
