Biography
Dietrich Nascimento started his career in CMBS lending at Prudential Financial (San Francisco) and Barclays Bank (New York) and as a CMBS investor at Nippon Life Global Investors Americas (New York). At Laguna Canyon Group, Dietrich performs origination of development and credit opportunities and asset management of existing investments, capitalizing on his experience in transactions, underwriting, financial structuring, loan enforcement, and operations. Dietrich holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from the University of San Diego.
