This year, the student teams have been "hired" by Clean City Inc. to consider redevelopment opportunities for existing properties in Anaheim owned by the firm. CCI is interested in developing a number of its properties to participate in the ongoing evolution of Downtown Anaheim into a vibrant entertainment and cultural center. Each team will provide a development proposal that determines the highest and best use for the area considering local and regional demographics, the experience and goals of immigrants, City influences and controls, and, of course, an unstable economy.
