You are invited to attend the Eight Annual NAIOP Southern California Real Estate Challenge. Each year students from UCLA's Anderson MBA program and USC's Marshall MBA and Master of Real Estate Development programs go head-to-head.
The task: "Each collegiate team must bid on a prized 20-acre parcel of the Veterans Administration Hospital property located on the famous, highly trafficked intersection of Wilshire and San Vicente Boulevards in West Los Angeles.
