The Casden Real Estate Economics Forecast will present its 2012 report on the Southern California industrial and office real estate markets on Wednesday, December 5, 2012.
The Casden Forecast analyzes fundamental trends in the industrial and office markets for Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire as well as individual submarkets. The Report also provides statistical snapshots which include concise summaries of recent movements in quarterly rents, vacancy rates, and net absorption for each county as well as the sub-markets.
